Tea Shop looking for Local Potters...
The Naked Leaf
The Naked Leaf tea shop in Kensington will be hosting a Made In Alberta teapot and tea ware sale through the months of June and July. We are looking for functional, but unique pots and other tea related items to sell during this time. The pots may be hand built or thrown, but MUST pour smoothly and function well. I will also consider pitchers for iced tea as well at this time. Adverting for this event will take place in the City Palate Magazine, plus various press releases will be sent out to other newspapers and magazines, and we expect that coverage will be plenty.
This will be a consignment only sale, with a 50-50 split between the Naked Leaf and the artist. The Naked Leaf will cover all advertising, credit/debit charges and other expense spent on promoting the sale.
Payment for goods sold will be made at the end of each month. All goods will be insured against theft or damage while in the shop. A contract will be sent to each artist prior to accepting the wares, that will explain such things in more detail.
Please contact Jonathan at the Naked Leaf if you should have further questions or feel free to forward any pictures of your work for consideration. Thanks for your interest.
